Alright now you're freaking me out.

I'm worried about insane lib harpies sweeping down on me and now I gotta worry about the return of Cthulhu too?

Great. Now I have to take a subway ride to Red Hook and make sure the Horror hasn't returned. Just more shit I gotta do.

Cthulhu villanelle, very nice! You're definitely familiar with the Lovecraft world, too. Nice job and you picked some great repeating lines.

Great quote to build a villanelle around!

Don't apologize for writing too many Lovecraft poems. I could read these all day...

A little side question: have you by any chance read "Providence" by Alan Moore?

I have not…it looks interesting! I’ll put it on my list!

It's a sequel to a smaller work called "Neonomicon" (and an even smaller work called "The Courtyard" which I think is included in all recent printings of Neonomicon). Just be warned, if you're gonna pick it up: Neonomicon has a very controversial scene that is not for the squeamish.

I did a thorough reread of them all earlier this year (+ some other Alan Moore Lovecraft stuff), and there really is a lot of depth to them. If you're well read with Lovecraft, there'll be a lot of references (especially in Providence...).
